Job summary

Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a case management system (Filevine or similar) are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a personal injury paralegal.
• Self-starter with motivation and reliability.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a personal injury case from intake to closure.
• Team player with strong reporting to management.
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting
• Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and client records
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other documents under attorney supervision
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• File documents with courts electronically and in person as needed
• Oversee and organize the medical treatment, including records and bills for clients
• Be proficient in Filevine or have experience in a similar personal injury case management system
