Qualifications

• Prefer degree or paralegal certificate or 3+ years of paralegal experience.
• Strong background in legal support functions for personal injury litigation
• Proficiency in Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and case management systems; experience with document review and legal drafting is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems (familiarity with Filevine is a plus), data entry tools, and court filing procedures.
• Attention to detail in proofreading and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
