Lawson Law Firm PC in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Paralegal with at least 3 years of PI experience to join our boutique practice. You will manage all aspects of PI cases from intake to closure, prepare documents, organize files, and maintain client communications.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, and a client-focused approach. A paralegal degree is preferred; Filevine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and drafting.
• Organize case files and client records.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other documents under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

About the Role:

Lawson Law Firm PC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our boutique personal injury practice in Lawrenceville, GA. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working as a personal injury paralegal. The candidate must be a self-starter who is highly motivated, reliable, seeking stability and career growth, friendly and personable with clients, and trustworthy. The candidate must be able to manage all aspects of a personal injury case from intake to closure, provide detailed reports to management, be organized, and possess great knowledge of our cases. Candidate must be a team player.

Responsibilities:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Familiarity with legal research tools and court filing procedures is a plus

Professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude
