Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced paralegal for a growing personal injury practice in Bloomfield, New Jersey. You will support case preparation, research, and essential litigation tasks to move matters forward.

Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting pleadings and memoranda, coordinating with clients, and assisting with deposition and trial prep. Requires at least 5 years in personal injury and a paralegal certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury.
• Experience in research, case management, document organization, litigation support, and writing.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
