Job summary

Tampa General Hospital’s TGH Imaging division seeks a Personal Injury Operations Manager to optimize day-to-day PI operations across sites, ensuring efficient exam flow and quality. The ideal candidate has prior supervision experience, HIPAA knowledge, and 1–3 years in auto/personal injury imaging operations, with a focus on process improvements and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or team lead experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of auto/personal injury imaging operations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of medical records operation.
• Knowledge of the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PI operations across TGH Imaging sites.
• Manage PI exam worklists, scheduling, and registration processes.
• Coordinate with PI radiologists and front desk staff for efficient workflows.
• Train staff on PI paperwork, processes, and PACS access.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy rules, and data security policies.
• Monitor and improve exam throughput and quality across sites.
