Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Services Manager to lead operations under radiology leadership for the Los Angeles area. Under the direction of the Radiologist and VP of Ancillary Services, you will ensure safe, efficient imaging delivery across acute care sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, maintaining QA, ensuring compliance and downtime procedures, and promoting staff development and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• LA City Fire Card within 6 months (PHGSH).

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Diagnostic Imaging Services across sites.
• Coordinate department operations and imaging workflow.
• Ensure quality assurance, QA/QC and regulatory readiness.
• Promote staff development, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain downtime procedures and continuity of operations.
• Foster teamwork and patient-centered care.
