Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its Raleigh office. The role involves handling a heavy, complex docket from pre-litigation through trial, including motor vehicle and related premises liability cases.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active bar status in NC is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases from start to finish.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide plaintiffs through the case process and coordinate with experts.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with a large support staff including paralegals and assistants.
