Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Detroit office. You will manage a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, with support staff including a paralegal and legal assistant.

Qualifications

• J.D./Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Michigan Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, pleadings, discovery, motions, and memos.
• Guide plaintiffs through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and prepare reports/affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
