BCG Attorney Search in Chesapeake, VA seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney focused on personal injury. You will provide representation, mentor paralegals and staff, and collaborate with the Managing Partner on strategic priorities.

The role requires Virginia bar admission, 3–5 years in personal injury litigation, and strong negotiation and trial advocacy, with familiarity in Virginia automobile insurance and claims processes. Proficiency with Neos, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia (active member in good standing).
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and trial advocacy skills.
• Knowledge of Virginia automobile insurance coverages and claims processes.
• Experience with case management software (Neos preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
