Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, 3–5 years of personal injury experience, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to prepare cases for trial and try cases when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication; independent and team-oriented.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case and earn their trust.
- Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
- Prepare cases for trial and try them if needed.
- Work independently in an office environment while collaborating with the team.
