THE LAW OFFICES OF KANNER AND PINTALUGA PA in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will handle personal injury matters, meet clients, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for trial with the goal of achieving the best possible results.

Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, 3–5 years of personal injury experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to prepare cases for trial and try cases when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; independent and team-oriented.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

Litigation Attorney

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
