Responsibilities include providing regular case updates, negotiating with insurers, and supporting colleagues to achieve compelling outcomes for personal injury and property damage matters. A JD and PA Bar membership are required; bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience evaluating claims; superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving; ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case, build trust and provide updates.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands and offers.
• Support attorneys to obtain favorable outcomes for personal injury and property damage matters.
