Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga in the United States seeks a licensed attorney with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation to join our team. Attorneys meet with clients, assess claims, and work with insurance companies to negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.

Candidates must hold a J.D., be a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, and be able to work independently in a team-oriented office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust and empathy.
Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
Prepare cases for trial and try the case if needed.

Skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Personal Injury litigation experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Excellent verbal and written skills

Independent working style

Education

Law degree from accredited law school
