Job summary

Burnetti, P.A. seeks a Litigation Paralegal in Tampa to support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process. You will manage case files, coordinate with clients and legal professionals, monitor deadlines, draft and file documents, and assist in trial preparation.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with litigation tools; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus as you help provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Proficiency with MS 365 and legal case management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, professionals, and court personnel with professional communication.
• Maintain and organize case files, documents, and pleadings for easy access.
• Track litigation deadlines, court dates, and discovery milestones.
• Review and summarize medical records and case materials for attorneys.
• Draft and file legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate discovery, responses, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct factual and legal research to support case development.
• Prepare attorneys for hearings, depositions, and trials with organized exhibits.
