Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document/case management systems (SmartAdvocate preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines; manage trial/hearing schedules.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, meetings, and court events.
• Manage case documents and litigation records in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and FileVine; e-file state filings.
