Job summary

Burnetti, P.A. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Lakeland, FL to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

You will manage case files, coordinate with clients, monitor deadlines, draft and file legal documents, and assist in trial preparation with attention to confidentiality and professional conduct. The role emphasizes client service, strong communication, and collaboration with attorneys to review materials and develop case strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferred in personal injury or medical malpractice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management.
• Experience with legal case management software; Neos and/or Even Up is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, experts, court personnel, opposing counsel, and others in the legal community.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents and evidence are accessible.
