• Exceptional communication with attorneys, clients and opposing counsel.
• Strong organizational systems and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support high-stakes PI cases from initiation to trial readiness.
• Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits and coordinate depositions and mediations.
• File and schedule through e-portals and keep cases moving efficiently.
• Serve as a capable project manager with strong attention to detail.
