The Husband & Wife Law Team is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Phoenix, AZ. You will support attorneys through all stages of personal injury litigation, from filing through resolution, handling deadlines, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience and are proficient with case management systems like Needles or Filevine.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience managing cases that have entered litigation.
• Experience preparing cases for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, or trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines.
• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate written discovery and track requests for production and admission.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings; prepare attorneys and clients for appearances.
• Organize medical records, billing records, expert materials, and exhibits.
• Communicate with clients regularly regarding case progress and expectations.
• Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
