You will conduct legal research, draft documents, manage discovery, and coordinate with clients and medical professionals to build strong case strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing, with experience drafting legal documents.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and relevant laws.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in handling case documents.
• Proficiency with case management software and MS Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, attorneys and staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial to post-trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions and discovery requests.
• File and manage documents in court and meet procedural deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals and witnesses for information.
• Review and summarize medical records and case-related documents.
• Assist in discovery responses and manage the discovery process.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain case management systems with deadlines and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients about case status and scheduling.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and organize trial notebooks.
