The ideal candidate will handle discovery, coordinate with clients and witnesses, and maintain meticulous case files and deadlines for multiple cases simultaneously.

Formación

• Proven paralegal experience in litigation, preferably personal injury.
• Strong research and writing skills with drafting pleadings and motions.
• Experience managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Perform legal research and gather medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.
• File and manage court documents, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and experts for necessary information.
