Cruitin is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a Houston-based, on-site role supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree, and strong drafting, discovery, and trial preparation skills. You will manage pleadings, discovery, and case files, coordinating depositions and hearings to ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience; personal injury preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software.
• Excellent writing, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and manage pleadings and court documents.
• Prepare, serve, and respond to discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and witnesses regarding case progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, medical examinations, and other litigation activities.
• Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and litigation records.
• Assist with expert designations, subpoenas, and trial preparation.
• Provide litigation and trial support, including exhibit management and courtroom assistance.
