Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence such as medical records and witness statements.
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage court documents and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and experts for information.
• Review and summarize medical records and case documents.
• Assist in discovery and manage the discovery process.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain and update case management systems with deadlines and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients about case status and scheduling.
• Support trial preparation with exhibits and notebooks.
