Farah & Farah Personal Injury Lawyers in Florida seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in personal injury cases through pre-trial to trial phases. You will manage deadlines, draft documents, and coordinate with clients and experts to build strong case files.

The ideal candidate has proven paralegal experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and exceptional organization to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while upholding confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Paralegal experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage legal documents in court and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to obtain necessary information.
• Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other case-related documents.
• Assist in discovery responses and manage the discovery process.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain and update case management systems with case details, deadlines, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and schedule appointments.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial notebooks.
