Job summary

Springs Law Group LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to manage a full litigation caseload from filing through trial in a remote United States setting.

The role demands 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, strong communication, and the ability to own the litigation process end-to-end. Familiarity with Filevine, e-filing, and HIPAA is preferred; fully remote with competitive benefits is offered.

Hourly Rate: $30 - 50 / per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from filing through trial, taking ownership of day-to-day case progression
• Draft, finalize, and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Manage litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and expert disclosures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in Filevine, ensuring attorneys can quickly understand the status of each matter
• Organize medical records, evidence, document productions, and digital trial materials
• Coordinate witness scheduling and assist with trial preparation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during litigation, explaining processes and next steps in clear, plain language
• Communicate proactively with attorneys and the litigation team, flagging issues early and helping develop solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• You are comfortable owning the litigation process, including initial disclosures, discovery, expert disclosures, depositions, mediation prep, trial prep
• Strong working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, state and federal e-filing, and HIPAA
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation deadlines, pleadings, discovery, and case progression
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, courts, and clients
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with a distributed team
• Dedicated, quiet home office and reliable high-speed internet
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional client service

Bonus Experience:

• Experience with Filevine, Eve, EvenUp, or Supio
• Trial experience, including experience sitting at counsel table
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a paralegal certificate
