We are a well-established civil litigation firm with a growing plaintiff's personal injury practice with offices nationwide. We're known for the caliber of our advocacy and have built our team around attorneys and staff who care about doing meticulous, client-centered work.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced civil litigation environment and brings a strong background in personal injury law. You'll play a central role in case progression, from intake through discovery to trial preparation, working directly with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and the court. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and other court filings
• Manage extensive, high-touch client communication
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Assist with intake calls from potential clients
• Communicate directly with judges and opposing counsel
• Manage hearing and trial preparation, e-filing, and calendar management

Qualifications

• Must be based in the state of California
• 5+ years in California civil litigation - motions, discovery, records review, scheduling, e-filing, hearing and trial preparation
• Background in personal injury practice required
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to self-manage in a remote setting
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and case management platforms
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
• Salary in the $85K-$105K range, based on experience
