Job summary

Adams- in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its boutique defense team. This role supports attorneys, drives cases forward, and handles intake, discovery, filing, and document production. E-filing in CO and federal courts is expected along with trial support.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification and have 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience, plus strong MS Office, billing software and Adobe skills. On-site role in Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with personal injury matters preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, practice management/billing software, and Adobe.

Salary: USD75000 - USD85000 per year

A local Civil Litigation Defense law firm, located in the Denver Tech Center , is hiring a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team! The Litigation Paralegal will drive cases forward and collaborate closely with the team and attorneys. This is a great opportunity to grow with a boutique law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of the litigation process from pre-litigation/inception through settlement/trial
• Intake, investigation, case management, file organization, written discovery, deposition coordination, and document production
• E-filing in state (CO) and federal courts
  • Appellate court filing experience is a plus
  • Filing pre-trial pleadings and motions in state and federal venues
• Calendaring, scheduling, and docket control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification
• Must have some personal injury experience
  • Ordering medical records, communicating with medical experts, etc.
  • Defense firm, but open to candidate coming from plaintiff side
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, practice management/billing software, and Adobe
• Superb written and verbal communication
