The Case Manager plays a critical role in guiding clients through the pre-litigation process. This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload from intake through settlement preparation, ensuring consistent client communication, accurate documentation, and timely case progression.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.
Base salary range: $50,000 - $67,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Final offers are subject to candidate qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
