Qualifications

• Reliable commute to Beverly Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
• Represent clients in personal injury matters and argue at depositions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Move cases toward settlement discussions or trial preparation.
