Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a growing personal injury firm in California. The ideal candidate will manage a significant caseload, handle all phases of litigation, and negotiate settlements while maintaining stellar client communication.

Qualified applicants will have a California Bar license (or Post Bar) and at least 3 years of Personal Injury experience, with strong law and motion and supervisory capabilities. Spanish language skills are highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar (or Post Bar Candidate).
• 3+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Law and motion experience.
• Experience in all phases of litigation.
• Familiarity with Casepeer or similar legal software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
