Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role will manage a high-volume docket, primarily involving motor vehicle accident cases, from filing through settlement or trial.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years in personal injury litigation, strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure, and a desire to build meaningful courtroom and trial experience.

Qualifications

• JD and active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 3–8 years of legal experience, including 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience with motor vehicle accident cases.
• Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and evidence.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, experts, and treating physicians.
• Develop liability, causation, damages, and case valuation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with adjusters and defense counsel.
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain a high-volume, trial-ready caseload and meet all deadlines.
• Direct litigation paralegals and collaborate with legal support teams.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients throughout their cases.

Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday Salary: $115,000–$190,000 + uncapped monthly bonus
