Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for our Fort Worth, TX office. You will manage cases from petition filing to jury trial, primarily handling motor vehicle accident matters and some premises liability.

The role requires handling cases in State and Federal courts with minimal supervision, strong research, writing and oral advocacy, and collaboration with experts across multiple disciplines. Texas bar membership is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of personal injury trial experience.
• First chair or significant second chair trial experience.
• Extensive deposition experience, including expert depositions.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities
