Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Worth, TX. The attorney will manage a busy docket from filing through settlement or trial and work with a team of senior trial attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements include a JD and active Texas Bar license, 3–8 years of legal experience with at least 2 years in personal injury litigation, strong procedural knowledge, and excellent communication and client-service

Qualifications

• JD and active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 3–8 years of legal experience, including 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and evidence.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions involving parties, witnesses, experts, and treating physicians.
• Develop liability, coverage, causation, damages, and case valuation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain a high-volume, trial-ready caseload and meet all deadlines.
• Direct litigation paralegals and collaborate with legal support teams.
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients.

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This attorney will manage a personal injury litigation docket from filing through settlement or trial while working alongside experienced senior trial attorneys and a dedicated legal support team. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience, strong litigation skills, and a desire to gain meaningful courtroom and trial experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation & Benefits $115,000–$190,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly bonuses, 100% employer-paid employee health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, life insurance, optional dental and vision, paid Bar dues and CLE, and mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.
