LeoForce is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney for our Dallas office. You will handle high-volume personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, with ownership of complex cases in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, Texas Bar license in good standing, and 10+ years of PI experience, with strong negotiation and litigation skills and superb communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including settlement or trial.
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy with support staff.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process.
• Review medical records, accident reports, and expert findings.
• Collaborate with intake and case management teams to maximize outcomes.
