Job summary

W3Global is seeking a qualified personal injury attorney for a respected Illinois law firm. The role centers on managing PI cases from inception through resolution while maintaining strong client relationships and clear status updates.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, active Illinois Bar, 2–5 years PI litigation experience, and excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bilingual English/Spanish background is a plus, with an ability to multitask in a dynamic, team-driven

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Illinois Bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, claims evaluation, and litigation procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Meet with clients to assess cases, provide legal counsel, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, developments, and expectations.
• Evaluate claims, damages, and liability to develop case strategy.
• Draft and respond to legal documents including demands, pleadings, and motions.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure favorable settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and trial strategy.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient case management.
