Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death.
• Conduct client intakes, case evaluations, and investigations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Prepare and try cases before judges and juries, as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance.
