Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side attorney for a fast-growing national PI firm in Chicago. You will own a meaningful caseload from intake through settlement and work with a collaborative legal team to maximize client outcomes.

Applicants should have 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience, Illinois bar admission, and strong negotiation and client advocacy skills. In-office work five days per week in Chicago is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Active attorney in good standing and admitted to practice in Illinois.
• Strong case management, negotiation, and client advocacy skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Investigate cases, review medical records, and develop strategies to maximize case value.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain compassionate, effective communication with clients throughout their cases.
• Partner with case managers, legal assistants, and lien negotiators to move cases forward.

• Stable employment history and demonstrated commitment to prior roles
• Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week in Chicago
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; visa sponsorship is not available
