Orion Placement seeks an experienced personal injury attorney to join our Tukwila team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on managing cases through pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement, while collaborating with experienced attorneys and staff to deliver strong client representation.

Candidates should have 2+ years in personal injury, active WA State Bar membership, and excellent writing and negotiation skills. On-site work in Tukwila, WA is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement stages.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate liability, and negotiate favorable resolutions for clients.
• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and settlement materials.
• Represent clients at hearings, court proceedings, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Assist with minor settlement approvals and related court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with the legal support team to deliver efficient, high-quality representation.
