Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. You will manage diverse civil litigation and healthcare-related disputes, draft pleadings and motions, and conduct legal research while taking and defending depositions.

You will represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies. A hybrid Seattle/Tacoma schedule supports balance and growth.

Qualifications

• Active WA Bar membership required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to a diverse caseload involving civil litigation, professional liability, and healthcare-related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal professionals on complex matters.
• Build strong client relationships while taking ownership of meaningful legal work.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Note: Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Washington and have 3+ years of litigation experience in at least one of the following areas: insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation. Experience in all three areas is not required.

• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Seattle or Tacoma.
