Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Attorney in Raleigh, NC with 3+ years of personal injury and general liability experience to join onsite. This attorney will handle a heavy case load from pre-litigation through trial, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, and guiding plaintiffs through the process.

You will manage interactions with expert witnesses, participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, delivering strong client service and advocacy

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with state bar association.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, including conferences and reports.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury and general liability cases, and will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.

Who You Are:
