Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Atlanta office. This role requires 3+ years of personal injury and general liability experience to handle a heavy caseload onsite.

You will manage pre-litigation and litigation from pleadings through trial, draft filings and discovery, guide plaintiff clients, coordinate with expert witnesses, and prepare for depositions and court appearances. • Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with State Bar.

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury and general liability cases, and will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.

Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an American Bar Association-Accredited Law School
