Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, Personal Injury preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, deposition materials, and settlement agreements.
• Ability to manage cases independently, develop litigation strategies, and handle multiple practice areas.
• Excellent advocacy, courtroom presentation, client communication, organizational, and case management skills.
