The Slocum Firm, PC is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys on a mixed caseload including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. This office-based role coordinates case management, client and medical documentation, litigation support, and trial preparation using Case Peer and Lead Docket.

Responsibilities include intake, document collection, filings, research, calendar management, and settlement assistance, with opportunities

Qualifications

5+ years of personal injury litigation support.
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.

Responsabilités

Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial preparation.
Conduct client intake and maintain clear, organized case files.
Support discovery activities, including document collection and responses.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
Conduct legal research and review medical records.
Coordinate depositions and manage attorney calendars and deadlines.
Provide settlement support and assist with trial preparation.
Use Case Peer and Lead Docket to track case activity and documentation.
