Job Summary:

Personal Injury Law firm., we are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support to attorneys.

Duties:

• - Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation cases
• - Conduct legal research on case-specific issues
• - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, (S&C, Bill of particulars, responses ) and discovery requests
• - Maintain case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date
• - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• - Assist in trial preparation and attend court hearings when necessary

Skills:

• - Proficient in legal terminology and procedures
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills
• - Knowledge of personal injury law is a plus
• - Ability to draft contracts and other legal documents accurately
• - Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems
• - Excellent clerical and organizational skills
• - Ability to write clearly and concisely
