The role emphasizes customer service, balance confirmation, and meticulous record keeping. A strong match includes 1–3 years in law or customer service and an associate degree preferred.

• 1-3 years Law Firm Experience (preferred)
• 1-3 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience (preferred)
• Associate's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients with a professional, courteous manner
• Confirm outstanding balances with providers and insurance payment information
• Negotiate reimbursement with insurance
• Audit payor ledgers to ensure accuracy and that there are no overpayments
• Coordinating payments and facilitating the closing process with clients
• Effectively maintain written and computer records in accordance with regulatory agencies
