• 2 years experience handling personal injury cases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
• Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
• Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.
