Qualifications

• 2 years experience handling personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by keeping clients informed about case progress.
• Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
• Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
• Ensure cases progress in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling, client information, routine correspondence, and mail management.
