Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with daily case tasks
• Follow up on outstanding documents and case information
• Update case management systems and maintain accurate case notes
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to help others. The ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients is essential.

Previous Personal Injury or legal experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to grow with our firm.
