Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with Personal Injury case files and documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties
• Request and follow up on medical records and medical bills
• Maintain organized and updated case files
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with daily case tasks
• Follow up on outstanding documents and case information
• Update case management systems and maintain accurate case notes
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Handle client information with professionalism, confidentiality, and care
