Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights and real estate law, now seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join its fast-paced pre-litigation and litigation team in Boca Raton, FL.

You will manage a full caseload from intake through settlement, draft documents, communicate with clients and providers, and assist attorneys with trial prep, deadlines, and case management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a legal assistant at a law firm.
• Minimum 2+ years as a paralegal at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm (preferred).
• Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track statutes of limitations and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with out of state counsel on matters around the country.
