Job summary

Aspen Careers, LLC is recruiting for a Personal Injury Intake Specialist in Ohio. The role is in-office with Springfield or Dublin options, focusing on initial client contact, thorough intake, and evaluating potential personal injury matters. You’ll guide conversations, document details, and coordinate next steps with attorneys.

You will develop relationships with referral partners, deliver empathetic client service, and help grow the firm’s intake function as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm preferred.
• Experience with legal intake, client intake, or case screening.
• Familiar with handling sensitive client situations and providing empathetic service.
• Ability to identify high-priority matters and coordinate with attorneys.
• Comfortable guiding conversations with prospective clients and asking follow-up questions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective clients and new leads.
• Conduct client intake interviews and document information in LeadDocket.
• Gather details to evaluate potential personal injury claims.
• Identify high-priority matters and connect cases with an attorney.
• Facilitate electronic engagement agreements during initial conversations.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective clients to secure engagement.
• Track communications within the firm’s intake system.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and other firms over time.
